Canapes
(minimum order 24 pieces of each kind)
Mini quiches ($3 per piece)
Leeks, spinach, red pepper, vegan mung bean egg
Sushi ($3 per piece)
Yam, avocado, cucumber, yuzu aioli, sesame seeds, soy sauce “caviar”
Add Happy Veggie World vegan salmon, marinated in soy sesame dressing (+ 0.75 per piece)
Arancini ($3 per piece)
Mushroom and white wine risotto balls, breaded, deep fried. Served with truffle aioli.
Samosas ($3 per piece)
Ajwain samosa dough, spiced potato filling (not spicy), served with a date and tamarind chutney
Spanakopita ($3 per piece)
Spinach and plant-based feta, with herbs, wrapped in filo pastry triangles
Polenta coins ($3 per piece)
Slow-cooked polenta, cut into coins, fried, and topped with confit grape tomatoes, balsamic reduction, vegan parm, and basil
Kibbeh ($3 per piece)
Lebanese fritter, bulgur shell, Baharat-spiced ground "meat", toasted walnuts, pine nuts, parsley and mint. Served with a cucumber yoghurt sauce.
